To explain the points thing....I'm going to be eating the same amount in one week (154 pts + flex), but I'm going to eat more some days than others, instead of just eating 22 pts per day. It is supposed to jump start your metabolism and prevent stalls. I have 20 lbs to lose, so I'll try anything at this point!!
To be honest, that sounds really complicated! It sounds like something you could do after losing the initial weight. Just starting a new eating program will jump start your metabolism. But if it works, let me know! Maybe I'll try it, too! :)
